In line with the what the Parity.Planner is about, one of the first things we’ve released is a free download for kids, designed to help them make sense of their day, what they liked about it, how they’re feeling etc. There’s also a free CBT booklet continuing our ethos of productivity and progress in a mindful way that maintains your mental health, continuing the simple concept that putting things down on paper gets them out your head, decluttering your mind and enabling clearer thinking.
There’s also a free travel planner, helping guide you from the exciting planning phase all the way through to the end, so that you never come back from a break feeling like you need a break.

PROTECTING CHILDRENS’ MENTAL.HEALTH
The Parity.Planner Kids’ Journal
In difficult times it’s easy to overlook what children might be thinking. Often, they’re not able to articulate how they feel, yet can be just as worried as we are, anxious about what may come. They pick up snippets of news and conversations but not the whole picture, compounding the fear, without a balancing voice.
This is a free planner for children to own, encouraging reflection and evaluation of their feelings. The schedule allows them to feel some agency over their life, whilst thinking back on the day’s achievements builds their sense of self-worth.

FREE CBT.BOOKLET
Viktor E. Frankl, Psychiatrist and Holocaust survivor, said “Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way”.
The free Parity.Planner CBT Booklet has been produced to help you understand how our thoughts influence our feelings and behaviour, that events plus thoughts equal emotions and reaction rather than just the events themselves.
