It makes sense to review how your day went. However, at Parity.Planner HQ we recognise it’s not always best to do this at the end of the day, before you’ve had a chance to digest things or get some fresh perspective. That’s why we encourage starting the day with two simple questions:

  • How did yesterday go?

  • What will you do differently today?

By answering these questions honestly and, having slept on it, gently, we give ourselves the chance to reflect on the changes we can make to help us get the most out of each day. Spent too long at work yesterday? Be realistic with your time today. Sweated the small stuff last night? Practice positive thinking this morning.

Without taking the time out to reflect, we risk not growing, not adapting and, worse still, allowing no regular outlet for the stresses, worries and disappointment we may face.

Using the Parity.Planner you’ll start each day off with these questions. The boxes are kept small on purpose to encourage concise honesty.
